I started CrossFit shortly after Bryan and I started dating. At the time, I was a runner and going on training runs five days a week and light lifting two days. The running was starting to take a toll on my body so I was worried what CrossFit would do, but knew I couldn’t continue running as much.
I was also extremely intimidated walking in on day one, unsure where to start with weights, movements, with everything! After a couple of classes, I was hooked! I started to realize that the decrease in miles a week and increase in lifting was greatly benefiting my body.
Today, I have not only grown stronger but have found a true love for sharing what CrossFit can do for everyone! I love seeing the changes in people from day one to their one year mark!
